Requirements
- Bachelor's or higher degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Proven track record in backend development with Kotlin, Java, Spring, JWT, Docker, AWS, Git, GraphQL, RESTful APIs, and both SQL and NoSQL databases
- Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, testable, and well-documented code with strong alignment to agile methodologies
- Advanced analytical abilities applicable to both technical challenges and product strategy
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex software solutions as part of a microservices ecosystem with full lifecycle responsibility
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on AWS or similar cloud platforms
- Clear, concise, and professional communication skills with fluency in English

- Familiarity with security practices or DevOps workflows is highly beneficial
- Prior experience in financial technology or building software for financial services adds competitive advantage
