Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales process for new clients and study licenses in Italy and throughout Europe, including prospecting, negotiations, contract finalization, and renewals or expansions
- Lead licensing initiatives across countries and sectors, focusing on rankings, awards, and multi-market programs by aligning client goals with tailored commercial solutions
- Discover and cultivate new business prospects in established and emerging European markets using diverse outreach methods and innovative market entry strategies
- Establish strong, long-term relationships with top-level executives in departments such as Marketing, Communications, HR, Employer Branding, and Corporate Affairs
- Partner with major media organizations including Il Sole 24 Ore, Corriere della Sera, Forbes, and Financial Times to co-create campaign activations, meet partnership criteria, and deliver high-impact joint projects
- Work collaboratively across departments in a flat organizational structure, coordinating with sales operations, marketing, legal, and project teams to ensure seamless transitions and successful project outcomes
