Responsibilities
- Architect and develop extensive software systems with an emphasis on Node.js and ReactJS technologies
- Ensure high standards of code quality across all phases of the development lifecycle
- Collaborate closely with team members through clear and consistent communication to understand complex requirements
- Adhere to established engineering best practices, company policies, and client-specific standards
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical oversight to junior developers on the team
- Advocate for clean, maintainable code and the application of proven design patterns and software principles
