About the Role
Develop and maintain scalable software solutions primarily with Node.js and ReactJS, ensuring high quality across all development phases. Support team collaboration, adhere to engineering best practices and coding standards, and guide junior developers through mentorship and code design principles.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain large-scale software components using Node.js and ReactJS as core technologies
- Ensure consistent quality standards are met throughout every phase of the development lifecycle
- Communicate clearly and regularly with team members to fully understand complex requirements
- Collaborate closely with the team to ensure alignment on technical and business objectives
- Follow established engineering best practices and comply with internal and client-specific guidelines
- Provide guidance, supervision, and mentorship to less-experienced developers on the team
- Advocate for clean, maintainable code and the application of proven design patterns and principles
