Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data, including full lifecycle development from testing to deployment
- Produce clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to established coding standards, best practices, and software design patterns
- Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior and mid-tier developers through hands-on guidance and architectural oversight
- Work closely with product owners, QA teams, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver effective technical solutions
- Enhance system performance, scalability, and security to meet evolving application demands
- Conduct thorough code reviews to uphold high software quality and compliance with team standards
- Diagnose and fix technical issues across development, testing, and production environments
- Create and maintain documentation for software architecture, system design, and operational procedures
- Keep current with advancements in Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies to drive continuous improvement and adopt modern development practices
