Responsibilities
- Deliver ongoing production and maintenance support for the NextGen initiative
- Assist in analyzing, integrating, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining technical components, primarily for FEPExpress improvements
- Handle Tier 1 and 2 incident support for NextGen applications and manage escalation to Tier 3 via Scrum teams
- Facilitate integration of JAVA updates from production into all NextGen environments
- Support Pilot Plan integration efforts and resolve associated technical issues
- Examine, modify, and validate software code for accuracy and performance
- Enable necessary changes and analysis to maintain code consistency and system supportability
- Provide integration assistance for newly developed software components
- Develop and maintain handover documentation for production systems
- Evaluate existing development team processes and suggest improvements, additions, or removals
- Assist testing teams and support plan execution within NextGen environments
- Assess database modifications for their impact on application efficiency
