Apply event-driven and fully deterministic design patterns to ensure system predictability and traceability.
Work closely with trading and product teams to convert business needs into scalable, production-grade solutions.
Conduct performance analysis, JVM optimization, and troubleshoot complex production issues.
Build and maintain automated testing frameworks and continuous integration/deployment pipelines.
Take part in code reviews, architectural planning, and technical audits to uphold code quality.
Leverage AI-assisted coding tools like GitHub Copilot to improve development efficiency where suitable.

Minimum of 8 years of backend Java development, ideally within trading or real-time data processing environments.
In-depth knowledge of Java internals, including threading models, memory management, and garbage collection behavior.
Demonstrated experience building GC-free or minimal-GC systems using direct buffers, memory-mapped files, and sun.misc.Unsafe.
Experience with high-performance messaging libraries such as Aeron or SBE.
Strong understanding of event-driven architectures and building fully deterministic systems.
Proficiency with time-series databases including ClickHouse; familiarity with kdb+ or InfluxDB is beneficial.
Hands-on experience with distributed systems, message queues, and performance tuning at network and application levels.
Willingness to use AI-powered development tools to enhance coding speed and quality.
