Mr. Marine was looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Networking, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
  • Minimum of five years of direct experience in IT support, helpdesk operations, or system administration.
  • Advanced skills in diagnosing and resolving issues across Windows and Linux systems, network configurations, and hardware components.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and administer Google Workspace (formerly GSuite) environments.
  • Working knowledge of SAP Business One, including user support, permission handling, and resolving common issues.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, including firewall management, endpoint security solutions, and responding to security incidents.
  • Proven experience using ticketing platforms such as Jira or ServiceNow to track and resolve technical issues.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with core concepts of cloud infrastructure, particularly Amazon Web Services (AWS).
