Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements focused on infrastructure and cloud migration, covering strategy, application readiness evaluation, migration planning, sourcing alternatives, business justification, and execution oversight.
- Oversee the design, deployment, and transition to new IT infrastructure and cloud platforms, including IaaS and PaaS environments.
- Manage a portfolio of large-scale, long-duration, and technically complex projects spanning multiple business units.
- Create detailed project plans incorporating budget estimates and resource allocation requirements.
- Collaborate with functional managers to align project timelines and staffing needs.
- Manage client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for IT and executive leadership.
- Monitor and report on project progress, including milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring transparency with stakeholders.
- Conduct regular project meetings for all assigned initiatives.
- Adjust project budgets as necessary to maintain schedule adherence and financial accountability.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and suppliers as required for project execution.
