The Senior IT Program Manager is a strategic leader in the Office of the CIO, responsible for launching and driving a high-impact technology program using established delivery frameworks. This role leads cross-functional initiatives across technology and business teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering measurable outcomes within a mature governance environment.
What You'll Do
- Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources using standardized methodologies
- Identify and mitigate risks, manage scope changes, and drive effective issue resolution
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including project plans, requirements, success criteria, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate with other project teams to identify dependencies, remove roadblocks, and ensure program alignment
- Serve as the initial point of contact for new technology requests
- Facilitate impact assessments (IA) in partnership with Technology and Finance teams
- Track and communicate intake progress, decisions, and outcomes to stakeholders
- Act as liaison between internal teams and Powered by Trupanion partners to gather requirements and share roadmap updates
- Provide transparent updates on sequencing, milestones, and delivery timelines
- Deliver regular reporting on program intake, roadmap status, and delivery progress
- Proactively surface risks, blockers, and cross-project dependencies to project and product leadership
