Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive IT experience
- Proven leadership in managing technical teams
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Strong knowledge of network architecture and security protocols
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems
- Project management experience in IT environments
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Certifications such as CISSP, ITIL, or PMP are preferred
