Responsibilities
- Collaborate with IT teams in India and Finland to manage, monitor, and expand global IT infrastructure across offices in the United States, Finland, and India.
- Administer cloud-based productivity platforms such as Google Workspace and critical SaaS applications including Slack, Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and Zoom.
- Develop and refine role-based access controls and user management processes using modern identity and access management systems like Okta.
- Oversee a distributed fleet of devices running primarily macOS with some Windows systems using advanced mobile device management tools such as Jamf, Kandji, and Intune.
- Design and maintain high-performance network systems for corporate office environments.
- Ensure network reliability and protection through firewalls, virtual private networks, Zero Trust Network Access, VLAN segmentation, and enterprise-grade Wi-Fi 6 deployments.
- Coordinate with information security and network engineering teams to implement and uphold strict cybersecurity policies.
- Maintain documentation for system compliance and prepare for audits related to SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications.
- Identify repetitive operational tasks such as employee onboarding or ticket resolution and develop automated, self-service solutions using scripting and AI-powered tools.
- Serve as top-tier technical support for complex, cross-departmental IT challenges, ensuring adherence to service level objectives while delivering responsive support to employees and executives worldwide.
