Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end investigations of complex insider threats, including triage, evidence gathering, employee interviews, and coordination with stakeholders, delivering clear conclusions, risk evaluations, and practical recommendations to executive teams.
- Lead detection initiatives by prioritizing alerts from insider threat tools such as SIEM, UBA, DLP, and endpoint systems, analyzing correlated data to uncover patterns and guide enterprise-wide risk reduction strategies.
- Collaborate with Security, Legal, HR, and business units to build, execute, and improve processes that reduce insider risk and address systemic control weaknesses at scale.
- Enhance investigative effectiveness by refining detection rules, creating scalable improvements in threat identification, and guiding junior analysts in investigative techniques, evidence management, and communication with stakeholders.
- Improve reporting quality by producing concise, decision-focused summaries and analyses for senior leaders, translating technical findings into clear, actionable insights with risk context and follow-up guidance.
