Responsibilities
- Oversee and sustain Windows Server and Linux-based systems
- Operate and supervise virtualization technologies such as VMware, Proxmox, or similar platforms
- Guarantee high availability, optimal performance, timely patching, and lifecycle oversight of systems
- Handle backup operations, monitoring workflows, and disaster recovery procedures, including tools like Veeam
- Manage digital certificates and enforce organizational security policies
- Administer network components including LAN, WLAN, and user VPN configurations
- Support and manage SharePoint Online as part of Microsoft 365 services
- Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams environments
- Administer identity services using Microsoft Entra ID
- Oversee Identity & Access Management frameworks and associated security measures
- Enable integration between local infrastructure and public cloud environments
- Manage Mobile Device Management platforms, including solutions like Intune
- Support containerized environments, particularly Docker
- Assist in designing and deploying infrastructure projects
- Engage in initiatives for cloud migration and modernization of legacy systems
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and architectural diagrams
- Collaborate with internal ICT teams on infrastructure rollouts and change implementations
- Deliver Level 2 support for infrastructure issues, covering approximately 15% of responsibilities
- Assist the Service Desk with resolving incidents and conducting root cause investigations
- Drive ongoing enhancements in infrastructure operations and processes
- Perform daily verification of backup completion and system availability

- Contribute to the design and implementation of infrastructure projects
- Participate in cloud adoption and infrastructure modernization initiatives
- Prepare and maintain technical and architectural documentation
- Coordinate with other ICT teams for infrastructure deployments and changes
- Provide Level 2 support (~15% of workload) for infrastructure-related incidents
- Assist the Service Desk with incident resolution and root cause analysis
- Contribute to continuous improvement of infrastructure operations
- Ensure daily backup and availability checks
