Retirement Plan Advisory Group (Subsidiary Of Great Gray) is hiring a Senior Implementation Solutions Consultant

Responsibilities

  • Define the scope of initiatives, establish timelines, coordinate with involved parties, and manage expectations across teams and external partners.
  • Ensure all participants meet their commitments and complete assigned tasks on schedule.
  • Verify that governance documentation is complete and approved prior to advancing to the next phase of any project.
  • Collaborate with legal and other stakeholders to produce or update required legal agreements and compliance materials.
  • Maintain accurate fund data in internal platforms like FactSet and external systems such as CUSIP bureau and NSCC.
  • Uphold strong practices in change and document control processes.
  • Provide regular updates in project tracking tools like Jira to enable visibility and alignment with business priorities.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with all stakeholders to align expectations and adapt them as needed in support of company goals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks; understand relevant policies, risk tolerances, and decision-making frameworks; escalate and log risk-related incidents promptly.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned related to implementation and project execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of experience in financial services, with foundational knowledge of collective investment products such as funds, ETFs, or trusts under any regulatory structure, and understanding of how investors, advisors, managers, and custodians interact in product distribution.
  • Ability to think strategically, assess situations critically, plan systematically, and take decisive action.
  • Skilled in persuasive communication, both verbal and written, with experience engaging executives inside and outside the organization.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and advanced project management capabilities.
  • Able to build trust, operate effectively amid uncertainty, and manage expectations to support organizational objectives.
  • Proficient in financial concepts and capable of applying them to support business decisions and recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, including formula creation, data table analysis, and basic financial modeling.
  • Thrives in a fast-moving environment, managing multiple priorities independently with little oversight.
  • Demonstrates initiative to refine workflows, enhance results, and promote efficiency across teams.
