Responsibilities
- Architect and build advanced frontend systems, including data visualization platforms, consent management tools, and high-speed data grids
- Make strategic decisions on component design, state handling, and technology stack to support large-scale enterprise operations processing vast volumes of privacy-related data
- Proactively detect potential architectural flaws and performance constraints, delivering preemptive solutions aligned with future customer demands
- Advocate for high standards in code integrity, test coverage, accessibility compliance, and documentation to elevate team-wide engineering practices
- Develop robust, scalable, and thoroughly tested codebases capable of serving enterprise clients with mission-critical reliability and performance needs
- Own end-to-end project execution—from initial concept and design through development, testing, deployment, and iterative improvements—with a focus on measurable impact
- Maintain a balance between rapid delivery and exceptional quality, ensuring polished UI/UX and maintainable code without sacrificing speed
- Integrate AI-powered development tools to streamline coding workflows, enhance software quality, and boost overall engineering efficiency
- Offer technical leadership through code reviews, architectural guidance, and skill development support for fellow engineers
- Lead technical planning discussions, draft comprehensive specifications, and coordinate alignment between engineering, product, and design teams
- Contribute to open source initiatives via code review, issue management, and community support for troubleshooting complex technical challenges
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and customer success teams to ensure solutions meet both business objectives and user requirements
- Design and implement UI components capable of handling enterprise-level traffic with strict performance, cross-browser, and accessibility requirements
- Use data-driven insights from monitoring, analytics, and user metrics to refine system architecture and improve user experience
- Take full ownership of live systems, including incident response, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective measures to prevent recurrence
- Analyze and optimize development pipelines, tooling, and internal processes to increase team productivity and reduce inefficiencies
