About the Role
This role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the HRIS platform, supporting HR operations through system improvements, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the core HRIS platform and related modules
- Ensure data integrity through regular audits and validation processes
- Support system integrations with payroll, benefits, and recruitment platforms
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with vendors for resolution
- Collaborate with HR teams to define reporting and analytics needs
- Develop and maintain dashboards and standard reports
- Lead system upgrades, testing, and change management procedures
- Document system configurations and process workflows
- Enforce data security protocols and user access controls
- Partner with IT on infrastructure and compliance requirements
- Assist in onboarding and training HR staff on system usage
- Evaluate new HR technology solutions and recommend improvements
- Maintain compliance with labor regulations and data privacy laws
- Support workforce planning with accurate, timely data
- Manage user roles and permissions across HR systems
- Coordinate with external consultants during implementation projects
- Track and resolve system-related service tickets
- Provide input on HRIS budget planning and vendor negotiations
- Standardize data entry practices across departments
- Facilitate communication between HR, IT, and third-party vendors
