Responsibilities
- Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation

- Provide market insights to hiring teams
- Support onboarding coordination for new hires
- Evaluate recruitment metrics to improve processes
- Build talent pipelines for critical roles
- Represent the company at career events and networking sessions
- Communicate regularly with candidates to maintain engagement
- Manage job postings across multiple platforms
- Collaborate with HR on employment branding initiatives
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
