About the Role

The Senior HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, ensuring timely fulfillment of open positions while maintaining a strong candidate experience and alignment with company values.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and role requirements
  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Screen resumes and assess candidate qualifications
  • Conduct initial and follow-up interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with panel members and track scheduling
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Enhance diversity and inclusion in hiring practices
  • Provide market insights to hiring teams
  • Support onboarding coordination for new hires
  • Evaluate recruitment metrics to improve processes
  • Build talent pipelines for critical roles
  • Represent the company at career events and networking sessions
  • Communicate regularly with candidates to maintain engagement
  • Manage job postings across multiple platforms
  • Collaborate with HR on employment branding initiatives
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
  • Assist in refining job descriptions and role expectations
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
