Responsibilities
- Lead complex HR implementation projects: Independently manage and execute complex implementation requests across Deel's full HR suite — including HRIS, Engage, ATS, Workforce Planning, and Compensation — ensuring a smooth and successful rollout for new and transitioning clients.
- Project manage end-to-end: Own the full project lifecycle, from scoping and planning through to go-live and closure, managing timelines, milestones, risks, and client expectations.
- Platform expertise: Lead clients through the functional configuration of Deel HR suite products, translating their business requirements into platform setup and ensuring each module is configured to reflect their processes accurately.
- Functional consulting: Serve as a trusted consultant to client stakeholders, proactively recommending best practices, suggesting practical workarounds, and helping clients get the most out of the platform — even when their requirements fall outside standard configurations.
- Mentor and collaborate: Act as a mentor to new Implementation Managers, guiding them through complex scenarios and promoting best practices across the full HR suite.
- Data migration and integrity: Oversee and perform data imports to migrate client data from outgoing HR systems into Deel, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Self-sufficient execution: Comfortable operating with a high degree of independence. Due to time zone differences, support from Engineering, Product, IT, and the broader onboarding team may not always be immediately available, so the ability to problem-solve proactively and keep projects moving without day-to-day oversight is essential.
