Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end interview coordination for technical and senior-level roles, including Heads, Directors, and above, across multiple time zones and stakeholder groups.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, delivering exceptional onboarding and continuously improving hiring standards and practices.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, supporting professional growth and personal development.
- Promote a positive employee experience and organizational culture that empowers individuals to perform at their highest level.
- Support and drive internal change initiatives, including new systems, policies, and company-wide programs, with a focus on smooth implementation and clear communication.
- Ensure ongoing operational compliance by monitoring labor laws and workplace practices, conducting audits, and implementing necessary process updates.
- Oversee daily HR operations related to compensation, benefits, and payroll across EMEA, APAC, and the United States.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to improve candidate sourcing, screening, and engagement, increasing efficiency in recruitment.
- Serve as the primary escalation point, offering mentorship, guidance, and expertise to junior team members.
