Responsibilities
- Act as the main HR partner for Technology and Delivery Center leaders, becoming their trusted advisor in all people-related matters
- Support managers in workforce planning, performance management, talent development, compensation structures, and employee relations
- Implement HR programs, policies, and best practices, ensuring alignment with company standards and Brazilian labor law
- Lead onboarding processes, probation follow-ups, engagement actions, and retention initiatives
- Support organizational development, capability building, and cultural integration
- Handle employee relations cases, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes in line with CLT regulations
- Build the recruitment engine for the new site from the ground up, defining recruitment processes, tools, KPIs, and vendor partnerships
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles including Software Engineering, QA, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Data positions
- Lead sourcing strategies, market mapping, salary benchmarking, and talent pipeline development
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience and alignment of hiring decisions with business needs
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers across global locations to understand requirements and deliver high-quality talent
- Act as the local site leader, representing the Delivery Center in Belo Horizonte
- Establish operational foundations of the site including office setup, vendor management, local HR processes, and compliance
- Promote a positive company culture, strong engagement practices, and a compelling employer brand in the local market
- Work with global and regional leadership teams to help execute the LATAM expansion strategy
- Monitor site KPIs, headcount growth, and overall operational health
- Ensure health and safety standards, employee well-being initiatives, and compliance with local regulations
Requirements
- Highly experienced in HR business partnering and talent acquisition
- Experience supporting managers in workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and employee relations
- Proven ability to implement HR programs, policies, and best practices aligned with company standards and Brazilian labor law
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment for IT roles (Software Engineering, QA, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Data)
- Demonstrated experience in building recruitment processes and engines from the ground up
- Strong understanding of CLT regulations and experience handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
- Proven ability to act as a site leader and establish operational foundations (office setup, vendor management, compliance)
- Ability to promote company culture, engagement, and employer branding in a local market
- Excellent collaboration skills with global and regional leadership teams
- Proficiency in English (CV must be submitted in English)
