Responsibilities
- Analyzing, developing, and administering the organization's global compensation programs to ensure competitive, fair, and legally compliant compensation practices.
- Conducting market research, evaluating job positions, and recommending salary structures that align with the company’s objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, 5-7 years related experience, or an equivalent combination
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel
- Experience applying regulatory and legislative knowledge of compensation practices and other appropriate compliance
Nice to Have
- CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or CCA (Certified Compensation Analyst) certification
- Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team
