Responsibilities
- Manage Salesforce administration comprehensively to maintain CRM health, reliability, and readiness for processes.
- Develop and record technical solutions for business needs, configure and customize systems, conduct user testing, and update documentation on workflows and training.
- Ensure data accuracy and cleanliness by monitoring systems, performing data imports, handling data requests, merging duplicates, and verifying account and contact ownership.
- Administer user profiles, permission sets, role hierarchies, sharing rules, and security settings to control access appropriately.
- Uphold deal quality standards, assist with pricing and discount approvals, and maintain consistent pipeline management across revenue teams.
- Oversee release management by planning, testing, and deploying updates in sandbox and production environments with minimal impact.
- Work with GTM Operations to find automation chances, reduce manual tasks, and enhance systems and processes continuously.
- Serve as the primary contact for operational issues, investigate errors, determine causes, and direct problems to correct teams with clear details.
- Offer on-demand reporting assistance to GTM leadership as needed.
- Educate CRM users on new procedures and workflows.
- Act as a reliable advisor to stakeholders throughout the organization.
