Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and rollout of new platform features, services, and upgrades for the AI Agent solution.
- Manage end-to-end software development, from analyzing requirements to deployment, monitoring, and ongoing support.
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant backend systems and APIs using Go and modern cloud-native methods.
- Collaborate with product managers, business teams, and engineers to turn business objectives into reliable technical implementations.
- Guide fellow developers through code reviews, technical mentorship, and advocacy of best practices to elevate team quality.
- Improve system performance, reliability, security, and development efficiency through continuous refinement.
- Lead efforts to reduce accumulated technical complexity, update outdated components, and enhance system maintainability.
- Assess and integrate emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and infrastructure tools when they deliver clear business benefits.
