Responsibilities
- Develop resilient, high-performance systems and products, managing end-to-end implementation including frontend, backend, CI pipelines, automated testing, and operations
- Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to shape product and technical roadmaps
- Coordinate with broader engineering teams to align technical direction across departments
- Design and implement reliable, scalable backend services and APIs using Golang
- Produce clear, well-documented code that follows established coding standards and best practices
- Conduct code reviews and write unit tests to maintain high code quality and system reliability
- Enhance system performance and scalability to support large-scale data and user loads
- Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and technical debt in existing systems
- Partner with DevOps and infrastructure teams for seamless deployment and monitoring of services
- Keep current with advancements in Golang and related technologies, and contribute insights to the team
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers, promoting technical growth and team collaboration
