PHD is hiring a Senior Global Media Operations Manager

Responsibilities

  • Lead global and regional media operations governance to maintain consistent standards and compliance across all markets
  • Serve as a trusted operational advisor to clients and internal teams, providing guidance on platform configuration, structure, and optimization
  • Manage the deployment and use of advertising technology, marketing technology, and media platforms such as DSPs, social media tools, and planning systems
  • Enforce governance policies related to brand safety, account configuration, access controls, and platform integrity
  • Coordinate with activation hubs and offshore teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery, issue resolution, and escalation handling
  • Facilitate training, adoption, and ongoing enhancement of operational tools, workflows, and frameworks across regions
  • Partner with product, data, and technology departments to improve platform capabilities and support operational evolution
