Responsibilities
- Design and deploy sophisticated Genesys Cloud WFM setups, emphasizing forecasting, scheduling logic, and real-time adherence while ensuring scalability and automated processes
- Create and manage custom integrations using Genesys Cloud APIs, web services, and connections to external platforms such as HRIS, BI tools, and ticketing systems
- Develop automated workflows for WFM functions including schedule optimization, reporting pipelines, and data synchronization
- Set up and fine-tune data flows and event-based processes within the Genesys Cloud environment
- Work closely with engineering and architecture teams to establish technical strategies and integration designs
- Engage in all phases of implementation, from design and development through testing and deployment
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems related to WFM configurations and system integrations
