Responsibilities
- Directing the full lifecycle of content-based gaming promotions from concept to execution.
- Managing the overall generosity budget and overseeing its allocation across promotional initiatives.
- Serving as the primary strategic liaison for the UK&I market within the Central Casino team, focusing on on-site merchandising and game positioning.
- Working closely with Central Casino and game development partners to design campaigns around innovative gameplay features and exclusive content.
- Contributing strategic input to the development of promotional functionality roadmaps.
- Coordinating with CRM, creative, and media teams to ensure high-impact, consistent campaign delivery across channels.
- Collaborating with analytics teams to evaluate campaign performance and refine promotional strategies.
- Providing mentorship, coaching, and professional growth opportunities for a Commercial Executive.
- Tracking industry developments and competitor actions to maintain competitive edge.
- Ensuring all promotional activities comply with regulatory requirements.
