About the Role

We are seeking a commercially astute, creatively driven, and operationally strong professional to lead the planning and execution of standout casino campaigns with a 3 to 12-month horizon. This role involves shaping a compelling promotional roadmap in partnership with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, performance-led propositions that strengthen market position and player engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle strategy and implementation of content-driven gaming promotions
  • Manage and oversee the total generosity budget across all promotional initiatives
  • Serve as the primary strategic liaison for the UK&I market to the Central Casino team, influencing on-site merchandising, game roadmap, and positioning decisions
  • Collaborate with Central Casino and Game Providers to design campaigns centered on new gameplay mechanics, exclusive content, or innovative features
  • Drive input into the development of a promotional functionality roadmap
  • Coordinate with CRM, Creative, and Media teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and effective cross-channel amplification
  • Work closely with Analytics to evaluate campaign performance, extract actionable insights, and refine promotional strategies
  • Mentor, coach, and support the growth of a Commercial Executive within the team
  • Track and analyze industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
  • Ensure all promotional activities comply with regulatory requirements
