About the Role
The Senior Game Recruiter will lead full-cycle talent acquisition for game development roles, building pipelines, driving candidate engagement, and partnering with hiring managers to secure top-tier talent in a fast-paced industry.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for game development positions across multiple disciplines
- Develop sourcing strategies to identify high-potential candidates in competitive markets
- Collaborate with hiring leads to understand team needs and project requirements
- Manage candidate experience from initial contact through offer and onboarding
- Build talent pools for hard-to-fill roles in art, design, and engineering
- Represent the company at industry events, career fairs, and networking forums
- Evaluate recruitment metrics to improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire outcomes
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Advise hiring teams on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and candidate expectations
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
- Foster relationships with universities and developer communities
- Drive diversity initiatives in recruitment planning and outreach
- Streamline interview coordination across global time zones
- Communicate employer value proposition to passive candidates
- Support onboarding integration for newly hired team members
