Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of live content updates, including seasonal events, time-limited features, gameplay additions, and external collaborations.
  • Guide projects from initial concept to post-launch validation by collaborating with design, engineering, art, QA, publishing, community, and platform teams.
  • Coordinate with specialized producers to synchronize team schedules, resource allocation, and milestone planning across departments.
  • Serve as the primary owner for project delivery, ensuring clear scope definition, milestone preparedness, and confidence in release timelines.
  • Detect potential production risks early and lead efforts to resolve them across interdisciplinary teams.
  • Oversee release preparation by aligning QA testing, localization, marketing, publishing, and platform compliance activities.
  • Enhance predictability in production through consistent tracking, reporting, and open communication with all stakeholders.
  • Serve as the main contact for resolving delivery obstacles and facilitating alignment between teams.
  • Proactively identify inefficiencies in workflows, visibility gaps, or coordination issues and implement solutions to improve team performance and release reliability.
  • Transform unclear direction into structured action plans and drive consensus across teams without constant supervision.
  • Help refine production methodologies to support the long-term evolution of a live-service game.
  • Improve clarity in communication between creative leads and development teams to maintain alignment with the product vision.
  • Work with leadership to convert strategic objectives into practical, executable plans.
  • Promote a productive and respectful production culture built on accountability, initiative, ownership, and teamwork.
  • Mentor junior producers with the expectation of eventually taking on formal people management responsibilities.
