Social Point is looking for a Senior Game Designer to join our team. In this Live Ops role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and balance of events and new content in the game, handling economy, distribution, and designing new features to increase day-to-day player engagement and monetization.
What You'll Do
- Create balancing and timeline documentation for the game's live operations.
- Balance economy and monetization systems within Live Ops.
- Follow up with analytics and real-time data to track user progress.
- Deploy and monitor A/B tests to continuously improve the game's live ops cycle.
What We're Looking For
- Passion for games with an intuitive and deep sense for fun.
- Excellent communication and team-playing skills.
- Great focus and organization, able to solve problems sequentially.
- Ability to abstract problems and think in terms of systems, functions, and experience.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Extensive knowledge of the mobile gaming market and an extensive background as a gamer across multiple platforms.
- At least 1 full release cycle on mobile free-to-play as a Senior Game Designer.
- 5+ years experience in game design, including 2+ years on a live game.
- Advanced knowledge of economy design, systems design, and data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
