About the Role

Responsibilities
- Design and implement fullstack features for enterprise-grade applications
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across frontend and backend systems
- Optimize application performance and scalability
- Ensure security and compliance standards are met in all code deliverables
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Work with cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines
- Support integration with third-party services and APIs
- Contribute to architectural decisions and system design
- Maintain and improve existing codebases
- Help define and enforce coding standards
- Collaborate on incident response and system reliability
- Drive improvements in test automation and CI/CD workflows
- Mentor junior engineers and support team growth
- Engage in technical planning and roadmap discussions
- Evaluate new technologies and frameworks for fit and impact
- Ensure frontend interfaces are responsive and intuitive
- Build backend services with a focus on correctness and resilience
- Monitor system health and respond to alerts
- Document technical designs and system behavior
