We are seeking an experienced Senior Fullstack (Java+React) Lead Developer to join our growing engineering team in Timișoara, Romania. In this role, you will take ownership of designing and implementing robust fullstack solutions while leading and mentoring a team of talented developers. You will be responsible for architecting scalable applications, establishing coding standards, and driving technical excellence across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong technical expertise and proven leadership capabilities to make a significant impact on our product development strategy. - Design and architect scalable fullstack applications using Java backend and React frontend technologies - Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and performance feedback - Develop and maintain high-quality backend services using Java, including REST APIs and microservices - Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React and modern frontend frameworks - Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural patterns across the development team - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions - Implement and optimize database schemas for both SQL and NoSQL databases - Oversee the implementation of CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies - Conduct technical interviews and participate in the hiring process for engineering positions - Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending adoption where appropriate - Drive code quality initiatives, including testing strategies, refactoring efforts, and technical debt management
