What You'll Do
Take full ownership of feature development, guiding initiatives from initial concept through planning, coding, testing, deployment, and user feedback. You'll integrate AI-assisted workflows using tools like Claude Code and Cursor to accelerate development, testing, and deployment cycles. Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines with embedded security checks and automated testing to ensure reliability and compliance.
Design and implement AI-powered features such as document parsing, prompt orchestration, and LLM integrations, ensuring they align with real-world use cases. Deploy and monitor applications on AWS services including ECS, CloudWatch, and IAM, maintaining high availability and performance. Collaborate closely with founders and engineers to shape technical direction and ensure alignment with business objectives in a fast-moving startup environment.
Requirements
You have at least five years of experience delivering production-grade fullstack applications—or equivalent drive and learning speed. You're skilled in DevOps practices, including AWS infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, and incident response. Security is a core part of your development mindset, especially when handling financial transactions and sensitive systems.
You’re experienced with AI-first development tools, particularly Claude Code, and comfortable leading your own sprint with minimal oversight. Strong communication and collaboration abilities are essential, as is adaptability to the evolving demands of an early-stage team. A deep curiosity for emerging technologies and a commitment to continuous learning are expected.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience mentoring engineers or leading small teams, or a clear path toward technical leadership
- Background in blockchain, smart contracts, or tokenization standards such as Solidity, ERC-20, or ERC-3643
- Familiarity with security frameworks like NIS2, ISO 27001, or SOC2
Technical Stack
Our stack includes ReactJS and Tailwind CSS for frontend development, Node.js with Express for backend services, MongoDB for data storage, and AWS for cloud infrastructure. We use GitHub Actions for CI/CD, Playwright for testing, and AI-driven tools like Claude Code and Cursor for development automation. Smart contract work involves Solidity and tokenization standards including ERC-3643.
