Responsibilities
- Lead features from initial concept through to deployment, covering frontend, backend, and all layers in between
- Design and implement scalable APIs, data models, and backend services
- Develop refined, high-performance user interfaces that deliver an excellent user experience
- Work closely with product and design teams to influence what gets built, not just how it's built
- Define and uphold technical standards, contributing to key architectural decisions
- Engage in code reviews, support team growth, and continuously improve code quality
- Proactively detect and fix performance, reliability, and security issues
