Hologram is hiring a Senior Fullstack Engineer to turn bold ideas into reality by experimenting with new technology and creating Proof of Concepts. In this role, you will abstract requirements to design innovative software solutions, develop code, debug, test, and mentor others as part of an Agile team within our human-centric, entrepreneurial environment.

What You'll Do

Abstract requirements to analyze and design innovative new software solutions for product enhancement.
Efficiently develop code using the company’s best practices and current software patterns.
Read, understand, and debug code to find and solve software problems and resolve defects.
Understand the team’s deployment pipelines and processes.
Understand the high-level architecture employed by the team.
Test and own software solutions appropriately throughout their lifecycle.
Actively participate as a full member of an Agile development team.
Mentor and train other developers.
Maintain an interest in keeping up to date with the technology landscape and best practices.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience working with .NET Framework & Core, ASP.NET, MVC, C#.
Proficient with JavaScript, both native & framework-based (e.g., React).
Experience with Windows Server & IIS environments.
Understanding of SOLID design principles.
Experience with unit testing and writing testable code.
Proficient with source code control tools and techniques, especially GitHub.
Professional experience developing highly scalable APIs and integrations.
Solid understanding of Web application architecture and operations.

Nice to Have

Experience with React JS (preferred) or other front-end development ecosystem.
Experience with SVN source control.
Experience with the Selenium UI testing framework.
Experience with SQL, document databases, or other data persistence tools.
Experience with Agile development processes.
Familiarity with design patterns.
Familiarity with Azure or other cloud platforms.
