Responsibilities
- Collaborate within a team of seven, including engineers and a lead, focused on key product areas such as onboarding, discovery, chat, or member support.
- Develop and deploy experiments, features, and bug fixes that support the squad's strategic objectives.
- Mentor and assist fellow engineers by sharing expertise in both frontend and backend development.
- Coordinate with cross-functional peers to ensure comprehensive user support, including internal tools, security, compliance, and data tracking.
- Regularly assess existing systems and services, proposing and applying improvements to reduce technical debt.
