Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle development of tailored software solutions, covering architecture, coding, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with customers, consultants, and internal teams to clarify requirements prior to development and collect validation feedback afterward
- Develop features across the entire technology stack, including frontend interfaces with React and TypeScript, backend services, and API integrations
- Guide mid-level developers and help establish coding standards, best practices, and team structure within a growing engineering group
- Operate within a cross-functional agile team to deliver reliable, well-tested, and maintainable code
- Engage in constructive code reviews, both giving and receiving feedback, while actively sharing knowledge and learning from peers
- Deliver software iteratively with frequent commits, maintain a robust CI/CD pipeline, and implement automation to improve efficiency
