Space Inch is hiring a Senior Fullstack Developer based in Brazil to contribute to a long-running FinTech project. You will join an established team and collaborate closely with the client's team, owning frontend architecture and best practices. The role involves a 70%/30% split between frontend and backend work.

What You'll Do

• Own frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
• Get up to speed and learn Python for occasional backend work.
• Build scalable, high-quality Vue.js applications.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and backend engineers.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor other developers.
• Stay current with frontend trends and propose improvements.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Vue.js and TypeScript, especially Vue 3 and the Composition API.
• Strong skills in Tailwind CSS, Storybook, and component-based architectures.
• Must have had some experience with any kind of backend coding.
• Good knowledge of frontend performance optimization and responsive design.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Must be based in Brazil.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Python for backend work is a big plus.
• Experience working on production-level applications, especially in FinTech.

Team & Environment

You will be joining a 48-person team primarily based in Croatia, with members in South America, Serbia, and the US. You'll collaborate with an established Space Inch team and the client's team directly.
