Responsibilities - Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment - Design, develop, and maintain high-quality full stack applications - Coordinate project planning, task assignments, and track progress to ensure timely delivery - Conduct code reviews to maintain coding standards and best practices - Collaborate with product owners, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions - Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies - Encourage adoption of new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance productivity - Provide technical guidance and support throughout the software development lifecycle
