What You'll Do
Lead the design and implementation of full stack applications using React, TypeScript, and Node.js, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability. Design and evolve microservices architectures that support rapid product growth and long-term stability.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL services, optimizing data flow between frontend and backend systems. Work closely with MongoDB to model, query, and tune NoSQL data structures for efficiency and reliability.
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end features through all phases of the software development lifecycle. Contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and system-level planning to ensure technical excellence.
Apply AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding workflows, improve code quality, and reduce repetitive tasks. Continuously refine application performance, reliability, and scalability through iterative improvements and proactive monitoring.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, with a proven track record in building and shipping production-grade systems
- 3+ years each with React, TypeScript, and Node.js in real-world, scalable applications
- Hands-on experience designing and maintaining microservices and distributed systems
- Practical use of AI development tools such as Copilot or similar to enhance coding efficiency
- Experience with GraphQL, including schema design and query optimization
- Familiarity with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases, including indexing and query performance
- Solid grasp of full lifecycle development, from planning and prototyping to deployment and iteration
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and ownership of technical outcomes
- Ability to work independently and guide technical discussions with minimal oversight
- Effective collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
