LILT is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer

LILT is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our mission-driven team. In this high-visibility role, you will propose, define, and execute projects across our Linguist GUI, App Server, and backend systems to enable linguists to deliver truly localized experiences.

What You'll Do

• Work with colleagues to propose ideas to define, drive, and execute projects on Lilt’s Linguist GUI, App Server, and backend systems.
• Enable linguists to deliver truly localized experiences.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor of Science or Masters of Science in Computer Science
• 7+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack engineer
• Experience leading an engineering team in a technical capacity (e.g. not a manager of people)
• Experience working on large-scale, distributed software systems
• Proficient in React or other associated libraries, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
• Experience with backend technologies such as Java and Python
• Professional fluency in English
• Authorization to work in the US is a precondition of employment.

Nice to Have

• Masters of Science in Computer Science preferred
• Solid relational database knowledge and significant experience with very large MySQL installations are highly valued
• Basic knowledge of NLP and machine learning techniques is highly valued
