Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack implementation of features and utilities within Agent Assist workflows
- Create responsive web interfaces for AI-driven, customer-facing applications operating in real time
- Convert design mockups and wireframes into functional, deployable code across frontend and backend
- Implement new functionality using React for frontend and backend frameworks such as Django and NestJS
- Develop modular, reusable UI components and shared frontend libraries
- Design and build high-performance, scalable APIs and integrate third-party services
- Connect systems to cloud platforms and event-based data pipelines to enable live support capabilities
