Responsibilities
- Leverage AI tools like Cursor, Copilot, and LLM APIs as core components of the development process to rapidly generate, test, and refine code.
- Design and manage teams of AI agents powered by Claude to distribute engineering tasks, coordinate context transfers, and consolidate outputs into deployable software.
- Take full ownership of features from initial design through to deployment, working across Node.js backends and Next.js frontends.
- Integrate AI-driven functionality into user-facing products, including prompt orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, structured data extraction, and autonomous agent behaviors.
- Uphold rigorous engineering standards for APIs, database changes, automated pipelines, and system monitoring, treating AI-generated code as production-grade.
- Implement and enforce security and compliance protocols aligned with HIPAA and SOC2, emphasizing encryption, audit trails, and protection of personally identifiable information.
