Truelogic Software is looking for a Senior Full-stack Engineer specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our distributed team. In this role, you will develop and maintain a suite of applications and tools designed for both internal stakeholders and external customers in the healthcare sector. You'll design scalable architectures, implement user-friendly interfaces, and ensure seamless integration to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
What You'll Do
- Implement authentication and authorization using IAM platforms such as Auth0, Keycloak, Okta, or Azure AD.
- Integrate applications with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and other identity protocols for secure access.
- Develop and maintain user workflows including registration, login, password reset, and MFA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enforce RBAC and implement fine-grained permissions.
- Write clean, testable, and secure code aligned with IAM best practices and scalability standards.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in fullstack development using .NET (C#) for backend and React (JavaScript/TypeScript) for frontend.
- Proven experience implementing authentication and authorization using IAM platforms such as Auth0, Keycloak, Okta, or Azure AD.
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience integrating applications with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and related identity protocols.
- Experience developing and maintaining secure user management workflows, including registration, login, password reset, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
- Familiarity with enforcing role-based access control (RBAC) and fine-grained permissions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Strong ability to write clean, testable, and scalable code with a focus on security and IAM best practices.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Deep knowledge of React.js or Vue.js and their core principles.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and CI/CD practices.

- React.js preferred.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs using .NET/C# preferred.
