Fanvue is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Growth)

Fanvue seeks a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Growth) to accelerate experimentation and unlock growth across our acquisition, activation, and retention funnels. This is a high-autonomy role focused on shipping experiments, building growth loops, and directly impacting core metrics like signup conversion, creator activation, and revenue.

What You'll Do

• Design, ship, and iterate on high-impact growth experiments across acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
• Build and optimise growth loops, referral mechanics, and viral features.
• Rapidly test ideas across web, mobile, and internal tools to identify what drives measurable growth.
• Improve signup, activation, and conversion funnels with a strong bias toward speed and iteration.
• Implement and analyse A/B and multivariate tests to validate hypotheses.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing to identify, prioritise, and execute growth opportunities.
• Use data and analytics to guide decisions and double down on what works.

What We're Looking For

• A full-stack engineer with a strong bias toward shipping and outcomes.
• Comfortable working with Next.js and Node.js or similar modern stacks.
• Experienced in running growth experiments or shipping scrappy, high-impact features.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity with minimal direction.
• Strong understanding of growth metrics, attribution, and analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or PostHog.
• Data-informed but action-oriented — you don’t wait for perfect data to ship.
• Motivated by impact, ownership, and fast feedback loops.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the creator economy, consumer SaaS, or social subscription platforms.
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, or landing page optimisation.
• Exposure to growth teams or experimentation-heavy environments.
