Responsibilities
- Advance the organization's healthcare mission by delivering accurate, usable data and analytics for internal and client use
- Develop end-to-end data and analytics features, including data modeling, analysis, and front-end interfaces that present meaningful insights
- Create artificial intelligence and large language model-driven workflows to streamline data processing, analysis, and application development while ensuring system stability and maintainability
- Lead the design, implementation, and refinement of sophisticated data systems, including data pipelines and structured datasets
- Design and deploy analytics tools and dashboards used by clients and internal teams
- Conduct exploratory data analysis and hypothesis testing to uncover insights that inform product and operational strategies
- Shape the strategic direction of data engineering and influence product architecture for analytics platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand workflows, define success metrics, and deliver impactful solutions
