Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complete features spanning backend systems like ledgers and routing services, as well as frontend interfaces built with React.
- Build and refine scalable APIs, data structures, and integrations to support a high-performance financial platform.
- Take full ownership of feature development from concept through design, coding, testing, deployment, and long-term production stability.
- Work directly with engineering leadership, founders, and development teams to convert product goals into technical architectures and execution roadmaps.
- Enhance system performance, scalability, and monitoring capabilities using profiling, optimization techniques, and improved observability tools.
- Help shape engineering best practices, participate in code reviews, and influence technical strategy in a dynamic startup setting.
