About the Role
Engineers in this role will lead the convergence of two acquired platforms into a single codebase, building full-stack solutions across logistics, IoT, and enterprise software while driving automation, scalability, and AI adoption in a high-impact, fast-growing division.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end features for the B2B platform through close collaboration with product and operations teams.
- Lead efforts to merge legacy codebases into the central system, contributing to architectural decisions and owning defined technical initiatives.
- Streamline complex operational workflows, including inventory tracking for smart fridges and meal delivery coordination in healthcare settings.
- Develop robust, test-covered, and scalable code to support rapid business expansion.
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and collaborative programming sessions.
- Engage directly in building products used by thousands of enterprise clients from the start of employment.
- Iterate on platform capabilities using JavaScript and Java to deliver measurable outcomes across B2B sectors.
- Ensure owned features meet performance, reliability, and efficiency standards, flagging potential risks early.
- Oversee database design and query optimization to maintain speed and stability.
- Take part in thorough code review processes to uphold team-wide quality benchmarks.
- Proactively detect and resolve performance issues and accumulated technical debt.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Customer Experience, and other departments to define needs and deliver complete solutions.
- Support documentation, deployment pipelines, and ongoing engineering improvements.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure continuous platform availability.
